My First Deep Dive

Saturday night the night before my deep dive to finish off my PADI advanced diver course. Well what can I say, boy I was so nervous and anxious about the next day. Then I got a phone call from Scott who is my diving buddy, we started this diving lark together and he told me how he felt and to my surprise he was more nervous than I was. This did not make me feel any better cos he has always been the "positive one".

Anyway we discuses the matter over the phone and came to the conclusion that this deep dive would probably not take place but we would go anyway COs Scott had to do his navigation and wreck dive.

So after a two hour drive to Leicester we arrived at Stoney cove and we both felt that staying in the car could of be an option then Sod it! there was Bob our diving instructor waiting in the car park what do we say to him we asked ourselves quietly, thinking I am the brave one. So I then said to Bob "there is no way we can do a deep dive", now with Scott's and my nerves in tatters Bob soon put our minds at some rest, and said we do not have to do anything we don't want to do.
